"Within an 8 minute phone call this office helped setup a Renters Insurance Policy for me all thanks to Angelica! They do an amazing job of sensing those who need a longer, more thorough experience versus those are needing to complete the process quickly. "I have been with this agents office for over 30 years and it used to be a very responsive and helpful office until approximately 5 years or so. Now when I call them they act like I’m puttIng them out to answer a question or merely answer the phone. Yesterday I messaged this office with a question about what time a claims representative would arrive at my house. Instead of answering the question they referred me to the claims adjuster. This State farm office makes money to have me as a client and this is merely a small tidbit of the poor customer service I have received over the past 5 years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STATE FARM OFFICE!!!!! Find a different agents office that will provide good customer service for your insurance needs."
